After Entering Valid Name, Mobile Number and Email Address user clicks on the submit button then unwanted error message is showing

Steps

1 - Launch Trust institute Staging URL
2 - Click on the Play Now button available in the Home Screen
3 - On Pop up screen is launched
4 - Click on the Sell or Buy buttons
5 - Then Click on the Free Registration button
6 - One form is get launched
7 - After Entering Valid Name, Mobile Number and Email Address user clicks on the submit button then unwanted error message is showing
