new parameters terminal and account_type
Terminal=0(MT4) and 1(MT5)
account_type 1=Standard 2 Prime and 4 Edge

Added parameters "terminal" and "account_type".

Submit API was successfully tested.

In UAT for MT5 users, there is an issue with sending credential emails because the login details already exist (communicated with Shiju).
